    Susana Sardinha is a certified trampoline coach with over 15 years of experience in trampoline gymnastics. Holding a degree in Nature Sports with a specialization in Aquatic Sports from the Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior, she founded Surftramp to help athletes from various disciplines enhance their aerial skills through trampoline-based training. Her innovative methods focus on improving body awareness, control, and confidence in the air.

  • Do I need to bring my own equipment?

    For trampoline sessions, we provide all the necessary equipment. For board sports, bring your own gear. If you need assistance, just let us know.
